CHRISTY BEDWELL ACHIEVES CERTIFICATE IN TEACHING & LEARNING IN PRIMARY EDUCATION

 

Newly Trained Teacher, Christy Bedwell, has recently achieved a Certificate in Teaching & Learning in Primary Education, following two years of study. For the first year, the course was led by previous on-Island Teacher Trainer Advisor, Gary Cameron, and Open University tutors.

 

In the second and third year, the course was led by previous on-Island Teacher Trainer Advisor, Frazer Stone. Christy commented: “Studying for this qualification has been a wonderful experience with both challenges and rewards. I am pleased to have made this achievement in my career. I am looking forward to continuing to develop my teaching practice and make a difference in education on St Helena. Thank you to all who have supported and encouraged me throughout my studies.”
