Important notice for passport applicants
The Customs and Immigration Service would like to inform passport applicants that there is an ongoing issue with applying payments to the digital scanning system that His Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO) are using for all passport applications.
Please be assured that full payment of applications is submitted with all applications sent from this office, please do not pay online for any extra payments that are requested, Customs and Immigration are not responsible for refunding any payments you make online, please do not reply to the reply email issued on correspondence as these emails go to an unmanned server. Please send all correspondence you receive from the automated programme to admin@customs.gov.fk and be assured that we prioritise these queries with HMPO immediately.
All advice given by the Admin team to passport applicants is per our agreement with HMPO, we will not accept applications that contain abbreviations, we also hand out with each application a list of approved signatories, we can only accept original documents for scanning, laminated original documents are not acceptable. Failure to follow the advice from the Admin team can lead to delays in receiving your passport.
