PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
COUNCILLORS OVERSEAS
Councillor Andrew Turner, departed St Helena on Saturday 19 April 2025, for medical treatment in Johannesburg.
Whilst Councillor Turner is away, Councillor Karl Thrower has kindly agreed to cover the Sandy Bay and Blue Hill District Areas and constituents requiring assistance should contact him via karl.thrower@shgcouncil.com. Councillor Turner will also remain contactable via email councillor.aturner@gmail.com.
Councillor Gillian Brooks is also in Johannesburg for personal reasons and will now return to the island, a week later than expected, on Saturday 3 May, but will remain contactable during this period via her usual email councillor.gbrooks@helanta.co.sh. Councillor Corinda Essex will continue to cover the Jamestown District Area, contactable via email cs.essex@helanta.co.sh.
