Independent Review of Confidentiality – Survey Reminder

The Falkland Islands Government wishes to remind the public that the public survey in relation to confidentiality practices at the KEMH is available until 20th February 2026 at the following link;

https://forms.office.com/e/05aNG27aPh

The survey is also available in Spanish {Spanish} , Shona {Shona} , or in Tagalog (paper copy only) by e-mailing pa.dhss@kemh.gov.fk

What is the survey about? The survey asks you to think about your recent experiences using KEMH services, whether you think they handle information about you responsibly, and how confident you are that your information is kept confidential.

Why should you take part? Your opinion matters. The survey takes only about 5 – 8 minutes to complete. Your answers will inform recommendations that the reviewers will make about handling people’s information responsibly and what, if anything, is needed for KEMH to demonstrate trustworthiness. Even if you weren’t personally affected by past data issues, your views are important.

Confidentiality The survey is completely anonymous. We won’t collect any personal details, and nothing you say can be linked back to you. The results will all be combined and included in our independent public report.

If you have been affected by previous confidentiality issues, there is an optional free text area in the survey for you to tell us what else you think we might need to know.
