FORMAL LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL MEETING
THURSDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2025
The first sitting of the nineteenth meeting of St Helena Legislative Council will take place on Thursday, 13 February 2025, at 10am, in the Council Chamber.
The meeting will be broadcast live via South Atlantic Media Services (SAMS) Radio 1.
The Order Paper currently includes 9 Sessional Papers, 13 questions for oral response and two motions for debate, including the Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Bill, 2025 and the Road Traffic (Amendment) Bill, 2025, which can be viewed on the SHG website at www.sainthelena.gov.sh/government/legislative-council/bills-for-an-ordinance/. The session will conclude with the customary Adjournment Debate, during which each Elected Member will have the opportunity to raise various issues.
